Email Folders Missing

I am missing several important folders from my email.  They are not hidden.  I have looked via Outlook, my phone, and the Xfinity website.

Hello @user_39efb6, thanks for reaching out for help with your missing Xifnity folders. Are you missing all of your folders or just some? There is an option to show/hide folders when accessing your Xfinity email from the Xfinity website. If you haven't already, please make sure the folders are not being hidden.

@XfinityRyanE​ Missing some of my folders and several that I can see are empty. I had numerous saved emails in these folders. I don't have anything hidden

I am having the same problem. Everything was fine this morning. Now I'm missing many important folders where I file important emails. They are not hidden. Please help
