Email Folder Name Greyed Out

I have several subfolders of my Inbox in my Comcast IMAP email account.  One of them is greyed out and is causing synchronization errors when I open my email account from my Windows 10 laptop using OUTLOOK 365.  One of the suggested fixes is to rename the folder using webmail.  Since the folder is greyed-out, I cannot rename it.  Any suggestions on how I should proceed?

Thanks.

I don't have Outlook365, but try disabling the account in it, then rename the folder in the webmail UI.  Then close Outlook and re-start it again.  Does the new name now show?

Thank you very much!  That did the trick.  For additional info, the reason the folder was greyed out was that there was another subfolder with the same name (my bad).

This did not fix the problem for me.  I have two greyed out folders - all the messages that I had in those folders are gone and I do not have any other folders with the same name. I have other subfolders under the same account and they are all fine. I use Outlook 2016 as my email client.  This all happened after I transitions to Outlook 2016. Sadly I really needed some of those lost emails - they were medical records.
