email folder for another account.
We have THREE comcast.net email accounts. I have a folder on my Comcast.net email that tries to link to my wife's comcast.net email, but I don't want it there. I DO NOT want to delete the account, just remove the folder from my email page. The only option in the folder is to "edit" and the only option under edit is "Delete" and it looks like it wants to delete the entire email account! There is another account that says "Disabled" that still works but doesn't show up in my email, as it shouldn't. Will this remove the folder from my page without deleting the account? Every time I log in, it tries to retrieve her email also and I get an error message because it doesn't know the login. I can get my own email fine. This is through the Comcast email site, NOT Outlook or some other mail program.
Thanks

Good Afternoon @kj6ko thanks so much for taking the time to reach out with these questions! It sounds like that email may have been forwarded to your inbox at some point. Are you able to log in to your wife's email profile and check? Disabling the email forward should prevent the auto log-in attempts from occurring.
