The images you posted aren't visible. They all look like this:

undefined

This is probably because the images require moderator approval. That could take a while. You could upload the images to a file sharing site and post links to them here, or post text instead of images.

That looks OK. Is the filter enabled in settings (filter name in bold, followed by "Edit   Disable")?

What happens when one of the target emails arrives? Does it satisfy a previous rule that does not have "Process subsequent rules" set?

My filters are also not working.  I have only three that are looking in subject containing certain information.  They direct emails to different folders.  They allow processing subsequent filters.  They are not redirecting emails that meet the single criteria.

i was able to enable the spam filter also - sadly nobody that answers the phone for comcast is able to help with anything complex - i figured this out on my own.

so now i use filter rules for putting annoying daily emails from retailers into folders....worx, ancestry.com,  poolsupplyworld etc,   and  i use the spam filter for the true fraudulent criminals...fake emails from paypal and fake from amazon or microsoft....

My filters are not working.  I have called Xfinity multiple times and they have no idea what I am talking about.  Did anyone figure this out?

What kind of filters and what parameters did you use?
