Email filters need fixing

Suddenly, my emails I receive from Amazon go directly into my trash.  I had a similar thing in the past with Google drive links and after much perseverance on my part, someone at Comcast finally looked into the email filters they have set and fixed them.  I had to threaten to go to the FCC before they would do this.  I hope I can get help without that much work.

This problem is not due to anything I did on my end.  The emails are going to trash, not spam. It's anything Amazon sends me, like order confirmations, shipping info, etc. these are quite important, so I hope I can get a fix soon.

thank you.

I have done nothing to change anything. I always got the Amazon emails in my inbox until a month or so ago when they suddenly went directly to trash.

Have you checked the settings to confirm that Comcast or anyone else changed them?

I don't know which settings you're referring to. Comcast obviously made some change to settings, but I can't see that.

See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience. Scroll down about halfway to Set Up Email Filters. When you click on Filter Rules, see if there's a rule set up there for Amazon.

Have you checked the settings to confirm that no filters are set?

These filters concern messages going to spam. I am talking about filters that Comcast has on their end that are sending Amazon emails directly to my trash. They never go to spam. That is not something that I can adjust myself. Again, I had this issue several months ago with links from Google drive. I finally got somebody at Comcast to look at my email filters on their end and they fixed it.

Thank you for clarifying, @trumansmom! I'd be happy to investigate this further if your Amazon emails are still being sent to the trash. Please send a private message including your first and last name and the numbers associated with your service address. To send me a private message, click on "ComcastChe," and then click send a message.
