Email export

Hi - e are moving to an area that is not Comcast. When I close the account, I will lose an email address I have been using for 20 years. I use Outlook therefore I have most of the emails I have saved exported to a .PST file. But the servers occasionally do not download all messages. How do I export/or can I export my emails directly off the servers?
