Email error in loading emails this morning

When I sign in I can't get any of my emails. I get An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. Then Error: failed to load messages. I have cleared my cache, cookies and history and retried it. The same thing happens.

I set up to receive my emails on my phone and I get the same thing.

Are your servers down?

Still having problems in my email as well I can’t retrieve my old emails

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

Having this issue with this message showing up when trying to send emails today in the afternoon in Minneapolis area. Mine was working this morning, and now isn't...

Hello @user_99bfvl what browser/ OS are you using? Does this same issue occur if using a different browser than your main one? Are you using a 3rd-party application to access the email such as Outlook or iCloud mail? Are you able to navigate to other My Account pages with no issue?

My emails since December13,2023 just deleted. They are not in the trash and I cannot recover deleted emails.

I just had the same thing happen three days ago all my emails from Jan 1 to Jan 13 (2024) just disapprered. They are nowhere to be found. I tried everyhting online and they are just gone. This happened on my i phone, but they were also removed from my xfinity account on my laptop.

Hello @robkennedy. I am sorry to hear that you are missing emails. If you are still experiencing this issue, please log out of your email completely, completely clear your browser cache/cookies/history for all time, and log back in. Please let us know if you continue to experiencing this issue once you have completed these steps.

My email stopped working this morning and I have tired to discover the reasons.. The trouble shooter indicated  that there a "problem with wireless adapter and access point" and 2 "Wi Fi" doesn't have a valid IP configuration. I have exhausted  all fixes  and reading these comments have not resolve this issue. I am still without any Xfinity emails. Since I can no longer find information to call Xfinity technical support At 90 years old I need a person from Xfinity to provide me with some assistance to fix my problem sending and receiving emails Why has Xfinity stopped providing live technical support for issues like mine?

Comcast server is down? What is going on? I can no longer sync to my iphone or Outlook on my Macbook!!!! Please fix this issue!!! I've deleted the email account from my iphone, tried to add it back after shutting down and restarting the iphone, but no success!! Comcast, get on this.
