email directly to archive

My email is going directly to the archive folder instead of the inbox.  This is happening on the Xinfity website email access

Comcast email has no "Archive" folder unless you create one, and no way to direct email there unless a user sets up a Filter to do that. Some email programs and apps use an "Archive" folder so you should check the instructions for the program or app you are using to see how it uses an "Archive" folder.
