Hello, @user_d654c1 can you tell us what device you are using to review your emails? To verify this is an internet issue have you performed a speed test https://speedtest.xfinity.com/?

@XfinityThomasC yes my speed test says I am lightening fast . A dell laptop (0personal) and Lenovo x13 (work ). Emails go out immediately when I disconnect from WiFi and use my phone as personal hotspot .

Hello @user_d654c1 Email delays on a personal network usually stem from local network congestion, ISP interference, or overactive security settings. To resolve, restart your router, temporarily disable local firewalls, or check for IP address reputation issues.  Firewalls or antivirus (e.g., Windows Defender) on your network can block secure connection protocols. Temporarily turn them off to test.  If your Wi-Fi uses a VPN, it can cause latency; try disabling it. If using Outlook, the issue could be with the mail profile itself. Try creating a new profile.Large attachments or complex HTML can be delayed by home network security checks. If these do not work, try using the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to identify deeper connectivity issues.
