Email credentials
Message on secondary accounts: "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them." Credentials have been verified and changed several times. I am using connect.xfinity.com to access email. Please help.

What device are you using to access the web site? Have you tried different browsers? Are you able to use your credentials to log in to the main website and then select the mail icon?

Thanks, I am using a desktop PC and connecting through Chrome browser directly to "https://connect.xfinity.com".
