Email connection

Same problem new Xfinity customer same thing lupine continuous going around saying passwords of verification verify phone back and forth and not once have I been able to go into the email

Dahlia_bayou You would need to call into customer service, and request to be transferred to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team. They would be able to help you with your password loop issue.
