email - Comcast Pop-Up??
Every time I log into my email, I get a pop-up that says it's from Comcast, asking me to update my information. The is no way to close it. The only option is to click the button labeled "turn on 2-step verifications." I have to back out of email and log in again to reaad my email. I don't have anything to update and I definately do not want to turn on two step verification. How do I stop this? Will blocking Comcast do it? i cant find a way to email Customer Service, No chat rep is available and "Chat Bot" is totally useless. 've been a customer for 25 years and this started two weeks ago. It is beyond frustrating.

Hi, @Chiachic. Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the recent pop up. I'm sure it has been frustrating needed to navigate through extra steps each time you need to check email. Are you getting a brand-new page pop up, or is it an alert that populates within your Xfinity Connect portal? When you click on "turn on 2-step verification" does it give you the option to navigate past that page or exit out?

It appears as soon as I enter my password, when I would normally see "loading your email". I haven't selected "turn on two step verification" because I absolutely do not want to turn that on.

It is a bit odd it doesn't give you the option to close the alert. Have you had a chance to review your settings to ensure there is nothing needed? When it says update settings, does it say you need to specifically update security settings?

Moved to the correct forum as this is not accessibility/disability related.
