email changes

Composing emails has changed recently - Address book requires double click to bring down list of contacts with initial letter which has been entered  -- Spell check is no longer automatic -

I hope these are temporary conditions which will be rectified once whatever maintence and/or upgrades are completed

Composing emails has changed recently - Making it more cumbersome -

Address book now requires double click rather than single to bring down list of contacts with initial letter entered to the "To" field -

Also spell check has changed from automatically indicating by underling mispelled words to Now requiring that one to click on the "Spell Check" icon -

Hope these changes are temporary and will revert back to the less burdensome user interface -

When you have the Compose window open there should be a person icon to the far right of the To: field.  If you click on that it will bring up your Address book.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It's possible these behaviors are related to a recent update, browser setting, or system change. If you'd like, we can help troubleshoot further to determine whether there's a setting that may have changed. Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message” icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
