Email blocked. Need to get it.

I’m being sent a gift card as a payment but the email they are sending keeps getting blocked and never gets to me.  How do I get it unblocked.  I turned all spam filters off and added the email to contacts but am still not getting it.  The company says there is nothing that can do on their end. I really need this email.  The email would be from
