Email being blocked
I have an email address being blocked in a place I cannot see or access. It is not in junk or spam. It is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I previously received several weekly from here. The last I received was on 9/1/23. This is only one I know of, there could be more. Can someone help.

Can you clarify------do you mean that incoming email to your Comcast account is being blocked? If so, is it only from one sender or more than one? Or do you mean something else?

Thank you for replying. Yes, it is an inbound email to comcast. However, it is not getting into my account. I ruled out Microsoft office by going straight to comcast webmail and checking all folders there (spam etc). It is being blocked before it gets to anything I can control.

Call Comcast security. They can tell you if there are any blocking issues with that sender's domain-----------------------
