What does it tell you to do? Does it have a link to click? If so, does that link lead to a Comcast.net or Xfinity.com site?

user_g2gc0z If the email had a link in it that sent you to our website it should be safe. If it just popped up a window asking for information within the email, it's not likely from us. What reason did it need you to verify information for?

If you're in webmail you should see a verified logo next to that email. If you don't see it, it's not from Comcast.
