Email always reloading!

I simply log in to Xfinity via my computer browser (Chrome) and read my email from there.  No email app.  As I am trying to read through emails, I am CONSTANTLY intertupted as xfinity reloads my email and takes me back to the listing of all emails.  It's impossible to ever get through reading a single email.  It's so completly annoying.

Note:  On the VerizonWireless Community Forum, people (including me) have been experiencing the web browser access to Message+ texting having this same symptom, of continually reloading.  It happened with multiple browsers. Sounds awfully similar.  Issue seems to come and go.  Something in the web pages going awry with the browser?
