We understand how important your Xfinity email addresses are, even after you've moved on from our service. We want to help you regain access!
If you're a former Xfinity customer, you can typically keep your
@comcast.net
email address if you logged into the Xfinity Email website (connect.xfinity.com) at least once within 90 days before disconnecting your service. To keep it active afterward, you just need to log into webmail at least once every nine months.If you haven't met these requirements, or if your account became inactive, it may have been deactivated and its contents might not be recoverable.
