Email account

Xfinity deleted an email account I use weekly. I've signed into this account weekly via Xfinity website. 

It's my work email .

I need it back

cypress7 Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Community Forums Team regarding your email. I can see the concern, especially if you are using it on a regular basis for work. I'd be happy to take a closer look into your account, and get you in the right direction for a resolution. Can you please send a Direct Message with your name, the service address, and the email address we will be working with today? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

I use a third party (Windows Mail) for my email.  I've a problem with it because I get emails but cannot send any.  I've set the outgoing SMTP to 587 and also tried 465.  Neither one works.  Can you tell me what else to do?

jack74 Are you able to check your email through the Xfinity Email website.? That would be the best way to isolate if the email account is working. If the login works, and you are able to access, I would advise touching base with Microsoft support for Windows Mail.
