I have not received my emails for a week now. I need someone to help me figure this out.

How are you accessing the email? Are you using only the webmail interface and a browser? Or a desktop client like Outlook or Thunderbird? Or the mail app on a phone or tablet? Have you tried sending yourself a test email from some other account you have like Yahoo or Gmail?
