email account list
Two questions:
How do I find the list of my email addresses?
I would like to add a new email address. However, no matter what address I enter - any length or combination - a message comes back saying that address is taken. What gives?

Sign into your Primary account, and then click on the "hamburger" icon at the far left top of the page, then on "My account". On the landing page click on the oval icon at the far right top and you should get a menu. Click on "Account and security". Scroll down a bit and you should see any secondary accounts you already have set up.

That said, when you get the message you described, it doesn't mean only accounts you have already-----------it means the user ID you want is already in use by some other Comcast customer.

I would like to ask you some additional questions. Where are you accessing the email address? Are you trying to create a new User ID on our website?
