@user_rhb385 Oh that sounds like an unpleasant procedure! I hope your recovery was quick and painless! In order to locate your Xfinity ID you can use our look-up tool. Once you have found your Xfinity ID and you can't remember your password, you can use our password reset tool to get that updated.
