Email Account Disappeared

Been a Comcast customer for 40 years but 2 years ago moved to a location without Comcast services, but I kept my legacy Comcast.net  email. 6 days ago it stopped working.  I spent 2 days chatting with 5 people in India who assured me they’d fix the issue;  2 phone conversations; and a trip to a local Xfinity service center.  They could find no evidence that my user name/ID was ever in their system or existed.  None.  Nada.  Like a ghost it vanished.  [Edited: "Language"] “Sorry, we believe you, but we can’t help.”   15 years using this email down the drain.  Thanks, Tom Karinshak

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
