My email account is closed and I cannot access it to get an email to use for something

Hello there @user_8e4v7t, I understand the importance of access to a needed email. Have you tried logging into your account using the Yahoo email source?

Well, @XfinityEmilyB can you please use this URL instead since Yahoo migration is on hold for now?

@user_8e4v7t have you been using a third party email app to fetch your email?  If so, that's probably why you got that message; you need to log in to webmail [see the link above] at least every 90 days in order to keep your email alive.  You can try getting in touch with Customer Security Assurance to see if they can bring it back if it hasn't been too long.
