Email account access

I'm currently unable to access, or even reset the password on, one of my email accounts.  I've tried calling repeatedly, only to get the runaround or sent to an AI assistant that is somehow even less helpful than the telephone.  The fact that I'm instructed to call to speak to someone, which is apparently impossible, is just about the most idiotic thing on the face of the planet.  I'd appreciate it if someone could get back to me so that I can get this mess sorted out.

user_ere113 Thank you so much for your post for help with accessing/resetting your email. If the one account you are having issues with is not attached to an active service account most teams would only have limited troubleshooting available. This would also come into play if the email address did not have any additional authentication options set up for it as well. For email issues, since they do handle private and personal information a specialized team our Customer Security Assurance team can better assist. Let me get this straight. You volunteer to help comcast's forum? That can't be the entire story. Do they give you free service or something?
