email account access after multiple logins
4/30/26 This is the FOURTH TIME I have logged into my Comcast Xfinity EMAIL account, having to change my Password the FIRST TIME!!, and I must access it IMMEDIATELY for a time-sensitive financial matter!! If not, I will lose several thousands of dollars!!

Good evening user_x89ofg I can understand the concern with being able to access your email. I will be happy to assist further. Are you having trouble logging on directly through the Xfinity website? Just to confirm you are stating every time you go to log into your account, it is having you reset your password?
