I can’t get into my Email ! This has been going on for a week now and even though I have sent messages to you, the issue isn’t resolved.

I can’t get into my Email ! This has been going on for a week now and even though I have sent messages to you, the issue isn’t resolved.

As far as I can tell this is your first message on the Forums.  If you have sent direct private messages without being asked to do so, you have violated our Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

What problems are you having getting into email.  Are you trying to get in on webmail? [ https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ]  Or are you using a third party email app like Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail?
