Email Access
I am having trouble accessing my email. Every time I try to access it from a computer I get redirected back to the Xfinity home page. I tried downloading and using the App on my phone and it tells me I have to have Xfinity Highspeed internet. Which is what I am presently paying for.
I will admit my situation is unique in that my Cable TV is bundled with my apartment complex rent so that gets paid separately from my internet. (Annoying as I cannot bundle and save.) I don't know if that is impacting my access to my email but not being able to access my email is preventing my from reseting my Norton security password and getting my computer protected.
If additional information is needed I am happy to provide it.
Thanks.

Thanks for responding. This morning e-mail is working fine. Comcast was probably updating or doing something with the server.

My issue isn't a matter of email being down. I've had the computer access issue for months, I just haven't taken the time to get help with it because it wasn't that important to me until now. Also, I don't think my phone would be giving me an error message telling me I don't have an email and need to have internet from Xfinity if the server was simply down. I think your problem and my problem are two separate things.

First thing to try on the computer------------
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.

Thank you for the response. I did as suggested which was to no avail as expected as I have had this issue across multiple PC's multiple browsers. Clearing my cache does not address the issue with the mobile app stating that I need to sign up for Xfinity high-speed internet to be able to have access to the email feature.
I honestly do not think the issue has anything to do with my computer settings but is more of an issue with the account settings which I do not have access or permissions to look into or adjust.
