Email access denied

I've been an Xfinity customer for about 20 years now. I'm trying to sign into Xfinity to check my email on my MacBook Air, using Safari. My OS is up to date. I'm able to check email via the Xfinity app on my phone. This is what I see when I try to access the Xfinity website:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/hub" on this server.

Try clearing your cookies and cache.  Sign out of Comcast.  Close your browser.  Start a new session.

Howdy TheVals

I was hoping to confirm if you have cleared the cache and stored web files from Safari yet? That would be the best first step to troubleshoot access.
