Email access ceased - cannot access email server
Hello -- I am not receiving any emails - even emails I sent from Outlook using my Xfinity account. I've changed my password and resigned onto the Xfinity account; I've rebooted my router and pc and nothing works. Ironically, the Xfinity site indicates there are no Internet issues in my area - which based on Internet usage is true. and everytime I go to chat to describe this issues I just receive a "you are not eligible to move to Yahoo email" message - help!!!!

try to check if you have any active filters or email forwarding that might be the reason of your problem
you can check from the online email portal connect.xfinity.com and go to the settings and check from there

Are you still able to access your email through the online portal at https://www.xfinity.com/email, or is this where you are having these issues? When was the last time you were able to log in to your inbox?
