On the list of folders you should see one named "Trash" Your deleted email will be there.

Adding: Trash is stored for 14 days or 5,000 messages, whichever comes first. Messages deleted from Trash are kept for 30 days or 15,000 messages, whichever comes first. These can be recovered: see https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/apps/faq/index.html#recoverEmail and do not count against the 10GB mailbox limit.
