I changed my Comcast password this morning. Now I can’t only receive only receive emails. I can not send emails.

If you can receive emails but not send them after changing your Comcast password, it likely means your email settings in your email client (like Outlook, Gmail, etc) are not updated with the new password, preventing you from sending emails; you need to access your email settings and update your outgoing server password with the new Comcast password.
