Edge Browser
Anbody having this problem? Edge is not deleting all as I selected in settings when browser is closed. Sometimes it does, and some times it does not. Never had this problem with IE. Everything is selected correctly to be deleted when browser gets closed, as far as I know. Already sent the problem twice in Microsoft via Feedback hub. No answers from them.
Any ideas to what I might be missing?

Looking at those settings, it says "Signs you out of most sites". That implies that it doesn't work with some websites or cookies. I don't know why, but there it is.

Can you clarify-------what kinds of things are you referring to? Tabs, or webpages? Something else? Is this something you have set in your Edge settings?

Adding....
Cache and/or cookies?
FWIW, Edge is totally different from IE. And, IMHO, isn't as great as Microsoft would like everyone to believe.

@Latoque Thought I did clarify, when closing browser completely nothing should be saved. This is a setting in Edge as well as IE. Always has been. Go to settings, and select "Choose what to clear every time you close the browser" - "Clear browsing data on close" everything is selceted to be erased. Sometimes it does what it is supposed to do, and sommetime it does not.

@Latoque Must of read that a 100 times and did not sink in. And where you can manually clear, it states that too, but actually clears everything, weird!
Thanks for the help!
