Could you describe what you mean by "archived mail"?
All mail in all the folders visible at https://connect.xfinity.com (including subfolders and Trash) count against the 10 GB limit, which you can check on a desktop or laptop by selecting the gear icon at top-right of that page. On my Android phone I have to switch the Chrome browser to "desktop site" mode before the gear icon will show how much space I've used.
