Draft Folder Problem

Using Windows 10 and Windows Live Mail 2012. When creating an email, I'll pause, and save it to the Draft folder, which is on the Comcast server, not in the folders on my laptop. I go back to retrieve it from Draft, and it sometimes takes 4-5 minutes to come back. Also note that when I try to SEND, I get message about "connection to server interrupted". Sometimes get locked out (spinning circle) but after some time can reply "OK" to server interrupted message. Do see that message was sent, generally 10-15 minutes prior to being able to get back into email system. Any ideas? Thanks

As I mentioned before, WLM 2012 is no longer being updated so you may be running into instability problems at this point. Thunderbird is a good alternative and similar to WLM. This could be a server problem, but to rule it out, trying another client or sending directly from the website might be an alternative.
