Domain not able to send to my comcast.net address

Our HOA's website (providencepointliving.com) won't send emails to me, for instance after I register for an event online.

The office contacted the website company, here is the reply from the website company:

In checking the email server, it appears comcast has deferred emails sent to xx@comcast.net.  For some reason, comcast is not accepting emails from our server.  Our email server will typically keep trying to send but eventually give up.  I'd suggest using a different email address not on comcast if possible.

Thoughts please?

Hi there, @GGR12 thank you for reaching out to us at Xfinity! I'm truly sorry that your HOA is not able to send you emails. Since it's been a few days since you posted, is your HOA still having trouble sending you emails?-Richard

Richard,  I have the same problem sending to comcast.net addresses.  Ionos is my server and I use Outlook MS 365 (not 2024).  My husband uses Comcast email.  He contacted a support rep and was told it is not a Comcast problem.  A ticket was opened.  We're in [Edited: Personal Information].  This started just after the most recent hurricane.  Can you help?  [Edited: Personal Information]

Running into the same issue sending to comcast.net email addresses -- I also have Ionos as my domain provider, but am sending via Gmail (using Ionos SMTP servers for authentication).  For me, the problem appears to have started last week around 10/15.

We would be more than happy to look into this for you @user_uwqzkc

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Thank you for reaching out to us @bbunch67! Are you seeing an error message or error code when trying to send emails to Comcast email addresses using your Gmail with IONOS as your domain provider?

No error code has been included with the Comcast emails being returned (would have been helpful). However, as of yesterday the emails are now going through.

Hello! I have a client of mine whose business uses IONOS and their emails are also not sending to @comcast.net addresses. Has there been any updates on if this has been resolved?

Hi there, @GGR12! Thank you for reaching out about the emails. This is handled by our Customer Security Assurance team. The steps to try and unblock the email are shown here. Have you already filled out a SPA report?
