Does Comcast ever reissue old email addresses to new users?

If I delete and email associated with my account such as USER!1@COMCAST.NET,  at some time in the future could some other user at another account open an email account titled USER1@COMCAST.NET?

Or is that email name never available in the future?

I do know that if you cancel service and don't access email for 6 months, the address will be closed. I assume when an address is closed/canceled, it will become available for others to use at some point. Given the number of users, I don't think they could realistically do a block of every address, or new users would be stuck with " [Edited: "Personal Information"]".

Thank you for reaching out to us and that's a great question. Yes, if you were to delete/remove the email it would be up for grabs if the system assigns it to someone else. Did you have any other questions or concerns I can answer for you?
