user_8gp87g Hello! Emails will be exported to Yahoo automatically. Here is a link you can use that highlights a few exceptions:
Download and delete any emails with attachments totaling more than 25 MB since we will not be able to move them. Otherwise, they will be moved to a separate folder in your Xfinity Email inbox, and you will be notified that you have 30 days to download them.
Reduce or consolidate your mailbox if your folders exceed 4,100 or contacts exceed 10,000. Yahoo Mail can only move up to 4,100 folders and 10,000 contacts per mailbox. If you exceed 4,100 folders, your folders will be consolidated upon moving. You will lose any contacts over 10,000.
You could have answered the specific question...... About the Export.Xfinity.com app ......
I am not a Comcast Employee. I am a Customer Expert volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums. We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation.

No. Saving your Comcast.net email data – whether by downloading it or exporting it to another email provider – does not delete your email data from your Comcast.net email account.
Is this accurate? I don't know. I haven't tried it.
Note that this refers to using export.xfinity.com. Going through the Xfinity-Yahoo migration OTOH moves your email messages and your Comcast.net address to Yahoo. After you do that, the messages and your Comcast.net address no longer exist on any of the Xfinity email servers.
