Discovery Hub will not load

Its july 09 2025 discovery hub does not load ,had it briefly this morning about 11:00 a.m. lost it again.IT will not load xfinity e-mail .i get no codes this is absolutely disgusting.

@user_e60061 Thank you so much for stopping in for help with the Discovery hub. That would be frustrating, and I appreciate you letting us know you are having issues. That is odd, it pops right up for me! I used the Discovery hub direct link. The first thing I see when the page loads is a message, " Looking for email? You can now check your Comcast email by selecting your account icon in the navigation menu, or click this Link." In a blue banner.

Have you attempted any troubleshooting for your browser by chance?

Are you able to check from a different device to see if it is related to your network connection?

Are you running into the same issue if you go directly to Xfinity.com?

Hello @user_e60061, Thank you for the update. Have you tried a different browser? Are you able to log into the xfinity.com site and check your email from there? Have you cleared your cookies and cache?

I have cleared cache and cookies and have restarted computer constantly all i get is the wheel of death .i have tried firefox and google, nothing.this has been going on since july 4th.

I am sorry you are still having issues accessing your email. We know it's not ideal when you're just trying to access your inbox. While we work on improving the experience, here are a few things that often help:

Quick Ways to Access Your Email

Bookmark the Direct Link: The most reliable way is often to bookmark and use this direct link: https://www.xfinity.com/email. This should take you straight to your email login.
Incognito/Private Mode: If you're still having trouble, open an incognito or private Browse window and try the direct link. If it works there, clearing your regular browser's data should fix it.

That URL was a direct link, but it has recently been "improved" and is no longer direct. The direct link on that page is https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/, which is the address customers should use in a direct link favorite, shortcut, or bookmark.
