Discontinued Comcast.net email

My Comcast.net email has been discontinued. But when I try and get codes for steaming and stuff it sends it to that email. I can’t figure out how to remove it from my account. I tried changing the preferred email and that did not solve it.

Can you explain what you mean by your comcast.net email has been discontinued?  You mean you can no longer access it?  If so, had you been using a third party email app?  You need to log in on the website [for now] at least every 90 days to keep your email "live".

user_b5gz37 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your email on file. @Again  is correct on needing a little more information. If your Xfinity email address was connected to an active account, it would not have been discontinued. When was the last time you were able to successfully access your Xfinity email?
