I am no longer a comcast/xfinity customer but have an active email account. I never received the email about xfinity email changing to yahoo. How can I get that email?

Try logging in to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/emailMigration to check whether your email is ready to be migrated.

The migration to Yahoo! Mail is ongoing through 2026 so be patient.

user_exqnnl The transition to Yahoo is happening in stages. We are bridging over the accounts over time, and when your account is migrated, that is when the email would go out on the process.
