delayed emails using web email https://connect.xfinity.com; happens multiple times per day

Want to get direct message support for these two issues. Outlook 2021 Pro desktop on Windows 10 with extended support.

Delayed email (typically 2FA which fails due to delay) sample:

Useful information shows 19 minute delay from acceptance by comcast to transfer to comcast site which makes email for display.

Yes. The email is delayed both when using the web email and Outlook. Sometimes, the email is never delivered. Another posting of mine details the second issue.

@user_ira3  Thank you for confirming that the issue is occurring with both web mail and Outlook. Have you checked your spam/junk folders to see if the emails have been delivered there? Have you ever set up any spam filters or email filters? This link explains more about how to set up filters.
