customer service

I have been switched (without any notice or my approval) from comcast to yahoo.

I am unable to switch over or open my emails.  I can not contact "anyone" to resolve this issue.  I must "speak" with someone......thank you!  How can I get a "person" on the phone......lines are always "busy".

Did you get an email that asked you to accept a Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy?  Did you click on that for approval?  If so, you migrated to Yahoo! Mail.  Are you going to https://mail.yahoo.com/ and logging in with your comcast.net credentials?

user_dbdb89 We are sending out invitations to migrate their email service over to Yahoo. Unfortunately, if you had accepted that email invitation there is no option to revert the email back to Xfinity.
