Creating Comcast.net email address for family members
Been with Comcast for 25+ years. When my kids were younger, I was able to give them a Comcast.net email address set up through my account. I believe I had the ability to have 5 or so different emails back then.
We now have 2 grandkids who stay with us very regularly. I wanted to create a Comcast.net email for them. But I have not idea how to do it. The knowledge base does not seem to have instructions on how to do it.
Can someone help?

You can create a total of 7 userID's/email addresses for each Comcast account number. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/adding-new-user-names-or-email-addresses. You may find it simpler to create the new user as a Viewer, compared to the other two user types.
Note that you need to be logged in as the Primary user to do this.
After the new user account is created, you'll need to log in to https://connect.xfinity.com/ and accept the terms to complete the email account creation.
