As of June 3, 2024, customers can't create new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts.

@user_6baxe3 We no longer allow profiles to create multiple email addresses as @BruceW pointed out. But you can add an additional user to the account as long as you use a different phone number or 3rd party email than the ones already on file. When you create an additional user they will get their own email. It will just have a separate login.

It would have to be from some other provider. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information says:
