Contact Book Email Address

I have set up a contact book for our Homeowner's Association.  I have entered both the husband's email and the wife's email (as email 2).  I recently sent out a mass email and it only went to the first email address (husband).  It did not pick up the wife's email.  How do I make sure that both email addresses are being notified of my email? Do I have to do a separate contact name for the wife?

user_pl8sgs, Thanks so much for reaching out to Xfinity Support. That is a great question. Here is what I found. You will need to set up email forwarding.
To set up auto-forwarding with Comcast email, follow these steps:
Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
Click the **Settings** icon in the upper-right corner and select **Email Settings**.
In the left menu, under **Mail**, select **Auto Forward**.
Check the box to **Enable email forwarding** and enter the email address for forwarding.
If desired, check the box to **Save a copy of forwarded mails**.

Assuming you mean you created an email group, you would have to have a separate entry in your address book/group for the wife.  Putting it in the husband's contact entry would not accomplish what you are trying to do.

I do see one of our experts provided some information, has your concern been resolved, or did you need some assistance still?
