Consumer Rights and ADA Request
As a long time customer I am making the legal demand for my Consumer Rights that Xfinity provide a number for customers to call and speak to a live operator on the phone instead of having our communications blocks and filtered through automated systems that prevent us from actual contact with an actual live employee. Your automated systems do not work and your website is not made well, it is far from stable and very unreliable, flabbergasting me as you are an internet company. I will provide the error message I am receiving today when I try to log in as proof that when we can't get through the unreliable website and online services we end up with no recourse, which is a violation of Federal Consumer Rights Regulations. All the companies need to bring back live operators because some of us, say with Autism, are not able to navigate new online systems and are completely cut off since live operators got cut and everyone wants to prevent customers from talking to live employees. So, for myself, I am also invoking the legal American With Disabilities Act requirement for companies to work with people with disabilities and as someone with Autism and ADHD I am requesting that you, or someone else, provide me with a number so that I can talk directly with a live employee and avoid all the confusing online stuff on the unreliable website and phone trees, I would like a number that connects me directly to a live employee without having to enter any information.
