Constantly have to reset password

For the past few months, I have been repeatedly forced to reset my Xfinity password as a result of a 'security review'.  It is terribly frustrating.  I have spoken to support/security team at least 3 times and been assured it is fixed but it continues to happen!  In fact, the last time I was told I would get a call back from an 'advanced security team' and given a ticket number which I presume is fake, as I never got the call back.  That is unacceptable, as is my being forced to reset my password 4 times in the past 1.5 weeks!

I have seen other posts on this forum and several people chiming in that they have this problem also, but I don't see any solutions offered.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but I can't get any help from Xfinity for this terribly annoying/frustrating/aggravating/disruptive problem.  It may be enough to finally make me change providers.

Please Help!
