connect.xfinity.com NOT WORKING. And email not working on MacBook

I am so extremely frustrated. Apple Mail will not accept my Xfinity credentials. So I went to the Xfinity Email portal and it just loops back to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information

I've tried every browser, different wifi networks, different computers, phones, etc. The web email page WILL NOT load.

I'm about to cancel Xfinity. I called customer support and they were no help.

I've seen many people have this problem, but have not seen any solution. Someone, please help!
