connection from laptop

I have been connecting to email from Chromebook for the past few years through home network WIFI - now I can access every other website through this connection - except my email account -- I can access Xfinity home page but cannot log in to my account - keep getting "This site can't be reached"  what iss wrong and how can I fix it?

@JoeGSR

I had the same issue using Firefox.  So I tried with Edge and Safari and was able to connect with no issues.  So I went back into Firefox and cleared out cache/history and now it works OK.  So as @Again said-----first try with a different browser.

@Latoque  @Again I took my laptop to Xfinity location (before I got your comments) and support said the same thing -- history needed to be deleted -- and it works fine now.  Thank You

Can you get to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ?  You have to be logged in.

No - response is always the same RE: "This site can't be reached" and system adds this prefix    oauth.xfinity.com/oauth//authorize?client_id=res_beta&response_type+code&redirect_uri=https://connect.xfinity  etc

Oh and when I access my.xfinity.com it brings me to Discovery Hub and the icon indicates that I am logged in -- only option offered is "sign out"

@JoeGSR

Try a different browser.

When logged in here, try going to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite
